Through the major functions of the net work, data exchanging, information communion, corporation credit and government efficiency evaluating, it will reduce some taches in document inputting and transferring, then achieves electron information flows smoothly, thereby improve the speed and efficiency of customs clearance. It provide the “one stop” service for Ningbo port customs clearance, reach the stratagem aim of using the lowest logistics total cost and supplies the biggest attachment value in service, using the Informationization of port promote the international port develop trend.
